Surface Preperation

• Water used and the equipment should be
  observed in terms of cleanness.
  • The mortar should be prepared a rate of 10
  kg Aralçı Bonding Plaster into 5.5- 6 litres of
  water.
  • Water is poured into the container and then
  Aralçı Bonding Plaster is added. 2-3 minutes are
  waited for the plaster to absorb the water.
  • The plaster is mixed until homogenous consistency
  is achieved by mixing with a trowel or
  hand mixer.
  • If manual mixer is used in the mixing operation,
  it is recommended to use at a low speed.
  • Water or gypsum should not be added to the
  plaster after the mixing operation to prevent
  the plaster clump.
  • Until the mixture reaches paste consistency
  at any point, mixing process continues.
  • The materials to be used in the application
  should be observed in terms of cleanness.
  • Any other product or material should not be
  added to Aralçı Bonding Plaster.
  • The prepared plaster in taken onto the steel
  trowel and is applied in small bursts at the back
  of the plaster plate.
  • Plaster plates are pushed and bonded to the
  surface. The plates are pushed to the wall by
  the help of the gauge.
  • A similar process is done for the other materials
  to be bonded on the wall.

Warnings

Mixture of water / plaster ratio must be observed.
Otherwise, this ratio degradation spills,
may lead to cracking and decrease in strength.
• The application should not be done in very
warm, dry and windy weather conditions.
Applications to be done under very warm
weather conditions may result in spilled, fissures
and strength loss.
• The products should not be preserved in
humid and very hot conditions.
In case of ossification in bags, the products
should not be used.
• The powder should not be breathed since it
contains various chemical additives and plaster.
• It should not be in contact with skin and
eyes. In case of contact the skin and the eyes
should be washed with water. Masks, gloves
and working suits should be worn during the
studies.

Storage Conditions

• Aralçı Bonding Plaster bags should be placed
on top of a maximum of 18 bags in a dry environment.
Bags will not come into contact with
the ground, must be stored to protect them
from moisture. In these circumstances Aralçı
Jointing should be used within 9 months
after the production date. Improper storage
conditions or exceeding the duration of use
can disrupt the quality of the product..
