Description; Aralçı Perlite Plaster is a construction material where the high quality natural gypsumstone is cooked under suitable conditions, the seperation process is implemented and prepared with the appropriate implementation.
• It can be applied to bricks, gas concrete,
concret and concret like surfaces.Features
• Water used and the equipment should be
observed in terms of cleanness.
The water used in the mixture should not be
salty, asidic or oily.
• The mortar should be prepared a rate of 10
kg Aralçı Jointing Plaster into 6- 6.5 litres of
water.
• Water is poured into the container and then
Aralçı Perlite Plaster is added. 2 minute waiting
time is required for the plaster to absorb the
water.
The plaster is mixed until homogenous consistency
is achieved by mixing with a trowel or
hand mixer.
• If you are using a mechanical mixer, the mixer
should be used at a low speed since the cranking
speed will effect freezing.
Water or plaster should not be added after the
mixture to prevent flaking.
• The surface Aralçı Perlite Plaster to applied
should be wetted in dry and hot weather
conditions.
• High speed increases plaster production so
that causes early freezing problems.
• Application thickness in one coat must be at
least 8 mm to 2.5 cm. If second coat is required,
it should be done without first coat outlet.
• Gauging operation is done after 5-10
minutes.
• When the plaster becomes invariant with
finger tapping, correction operation is done
with a trowel.
• Sponge clover is done briefly with wetting
the surface approximately 30 minutes after
correction operation.
• After the plaster level reaches a certain
amount of hardness, the surface is corrected
with a steel trowel.
• Polishing operation is done 1-2 hours after
with a stell trowel.
• Suitable plaster nets should be used in different
material combination areas.
• Aluminum gauge is used to make the
surface smooth and the remaining gaukt is
removed.
• Shaving and surface correction operations
are done after the plaster is hardened by a
steel trowel.
• The application thickness should be 5 mm.
• No other product or materials should be
added to Aralçı Perlite Plaster.
• Gypsum plaster must be protected from the
wind against the surface to dry quickly.
• Aralçı Perlite Plaster surface should be
protected againts wind to dry quickly.
Mixture of water / plaster ratio must be observed.
Otherwise, this ratio degradation spills,
may lead to cracking and decrease in strength.
• The application should not be done in very
warm, dry and windy weather conditions.
• Applications to be done under very warm
weather conditions may result in spilled, fissures
and strength loss.
• The products should not be preserved in
humid and very hot conditions.
• In case of ossification in bags, the products
should not be used.
• The powder should not be breathed since it
contains various chemical additives and plaster.
• It should not be in contact with skin and
eyes. In case of contact the skin and the eyes
should be washed with water. Masks, gloves
and working suits should be worn during the
studies.Storage Conditions
Aralçı Perlite Plaster bags should be placed on
top of a maximum of 18 bags in a dry environment.
Bags will not come into contact with
the ground, must be stored to protect them
from moisture. In these circumstances Aralçı
• Jointing should be used within 9 months
after the production date. Improper storage
conditions or exceeding the duration of use
can disrupt the quality of the product.Package
• 35 kg polypropylene laminated bag.
