Machine Plaster

Description; Aralçı Machine Plaster is a construction material where the high quality natural gypsumstone is cooked under suitable conditions, the seperation process is implemented and prepared with the appropriate implementation.

    Practice Areas

• It can be applied to bricks, gas concrete,
concret and concret like surfaces.

Features
  • It’s a plaster product to be designed with
    high-strength, mortar mixing and spraying
    machine.
    • Satin plaster application is not neccessary
before paint or coating since very smooth
surfaces are obtained with one floor.
    • Humidity rate environment creates a healthy
    balance.
    • Bacteria, mold or fungus do not occur.
    A flammable construction material.
    Surface Preperation
  • The surfaces Aralçı Construction Plaster is to
be applied should be purified from dust, dirt,
oil, etc. that prevent the hold.
    • Holes and cracks should be repaired with
    Arkim Arrepair before the application.
    • Gross concrete, ceiling and wall roughening
process must be done using Arkim Arkontak.
    application without roughening process
    should not be made definitely
Surfaces that are to be exposed to Aralçı
Machine Plaster should be cleaned in hot and
    dry weather.
    • The burr on the surfaces that the application
is to be done should be cleaned before the
    application.
    • Aluminum parts should be placed perpendicular
to the wall before the application.
    • Metal surfaces should be protected against
    corrosion before the application.
  • Application Instructions

Water used and the equipment should be
observed in terms of cleanness.
• The water used in the mixture should not be
salty, asidic or oily.
• The mortar should be prepared a rate of 10 kg
Aralçı Jointing Plaster into 6.5- 7 litres of water.
• Aluminum parts should be placed on the
surface to determine the thickness before the
test application.
• Aralçı Machine Plaster should spray in horizontal
stripes on the surface without leaving
any spaces with the same density.
• Application thickness in one coat must be at
least 8 mm to 2.5 cm. If second coat is required,
it should be done without first coat outlet.
• Gauging operation is done after 5-10 minutes.
When the plaster becomes invariant with
finger tapping, correction operation is done
with a trowel.
• Sponge clover is done briefly with wetting
the surface approximately 30 minutes after
correction operation.
• After the plaster level reaches a certain
amount of hardness, the surface is corrected
with a steel trowel.
• Polishing operation is done 1-2 hours after
with a stell trowel.
• Suitable plaster nets should be used in different
material combination areas.
• Newly plastered surfaces should be dried
in front of stove, etc. The most accurate
method of drying the surface is to ventilate
the environment. Thus, each side of the plaster
evenly dries.
• Gypsum plaster must be protected from the
wind against the surface to dry quickly.

    Warnings

• Mixture of water / plaster ratio must be observed.
Otherwise, this ratio degradation spills,
may lead to cracking and decrease in strength.
• The application should not be done in very
warm, dry and windy weather conditions. •
Applications to be done under very warm
weather conditions may result in spilled, fissures
and strength loss.
• The products should not be preserved in
humid and very hot conditions.
• In case of ossification in bags, the products
should not be used.
• The powder should not be breathed since it
contains various chemical additives and plaster.
• It should not be in contact with skin and
eyes. In case of contact the skin and the eyes
should be washed with water. Masks, gloves
and working suits should be worn during the
studies.

Storage Conditions

• Aralçı Construction Plaster bags should be
placed on top of a maximum of 18 bags in
a dry environment. Bags will not come into
contact with the ground, must be stored to
protect them from moisture. In these circumstances
Aralçı Jointing should be used within
9 months after the production date. Improper
storage conditions or exceeding the duration
of use can disrupt the quality of the product.
