Description; Aralçı Construction Plaster is a construction material where the high quality natural gypsumstone is cooked under suitable conditions, the seperation process is implemented and prepared with the appropriate implementation.r.
• Construction of any equipment and filling

• The container that the mortar is to be
prepared should be clean and be free of the
previous mixture’s residue.
• The mortar should be prepared a rate of 10 kg
Aralçı Jointing Plaster into 7 litres of water.
• First water is placed into the container and
then Aralçı Jointing Plaster is added. 2-3
minutes are expected the mortar to absorb
the water.
• The mixture is mixed with trowel or hand
mixer throughly until the mixture homogeneous
consistency is achieved.
• Another product or material to Aralçı Jointing
Plaster should not be mixed.
• Application- ready mortar is applied to the
surface to be repaired or filled with a spatula.
• Roughness on the surface is fixed by a spatula
when the plaster starts to get tough.
Mixture of water / plaster ratio must be observed.
Otherwise, this ratio degradation spills,
may lead to cracking and decrease in strength.
• The application should not be done in very
warm, dry and windy weather conditions.
Applications to be done under very warm
weather conditions may result in spilled, fissures
and strength loss.
• The products should not be preserved in
humid and very hot conditions.
• In case of ossification in bags, the products
should not be used.
• The powder should not be breathed since it
contains various chemical additives and plaster.
• It should not be in contact with skin and
eyes. In case of contact the skin and the eyes
should be washed with water. Masks, gloves
and working suits should be worn during the
studies.Storage Conditions
• Aralçı Jointing Plaster bags should be placed
on top of a maximum of 18 bags in a dry environment.
Bags will not come into contact with
the ground, must be stored to protect them
from moisture. In these circumstances Aralçı
• Jointing should be used within 9 months
after the production date. Improper storage
conditions or exceeding the duration of use
can disrupt the quality of the product.Package
