    Surface Preperation
  • •The surfaces Aralçı Jointing Plaster is to be
    appliedshouldbe purifiedfromdust,dirt,oil,
    etc. thatprevent the hold.
    Application Instructions
  • The container that themortar is to be
    preparedshouldbecleanandbe freeof the
    previousmixture’s residue.
    •Water used and thematerials should be
    considered.
    •Themortar should be prepared a rate of 10 kg
    Aralçı Jointing Plaster into 6.5- 7 litres of water.
    •First water isplaced intothecontainerand
    then Aralçı Jointing Plaster is added. 2-3
    minutesareexpected themortar toabsorb
    thewater.
    •Themixture ismixed with trowel or hand
    mixer throughlyuntil themixturehomogeneousconsistencyis
    achieved.
    If youareusinga handmixer, themixer should
    beused atalowspeedsincethecranking
    speedwilleffect freezing.
    • Until the mixture reaches paste consistency at
    anypoint,mixingprocesscontinues.
    • Another product ormaterial to Aralçı Jointing
    • Plaster should not bemixed.
    • During or after themixture, no water or
    plaster shoulbeaddedtothemixture.
    • Application-ready goods are imported to
    cleanthemortar.Gapsbetweenthewall plates
    with combinationsofpre-fillingprocessare
    covered. Joint tapes are placed to the center of
    theplates before theapplication.
    • Joint tape over homogeneousmixture after
    thefirstcoat isdryandthe surfaceiscorrected.
    • Second floor is applied to the plasterboard
    surface.Surfacegrindingoperation isperformedafterdrying.
    • Polishing is done with plaster Perdah Aralçı
    Satin.
    • After application the surface will become
    smooth, shinyandreadyto paint.
    Warnings
  • Mixture of water / plaster ratio must be observed.Otherwise, this ratiodegradationspills, mayleadtocrackinganddecreaseinstrength.
    •The application should not be done in very warm,dry andwindy weatherconditions.
    • Applications to be done under very warm weatherconditions mayresult in spilled, fissures andstrengthloss.
    •The products should not be preserved in humid andveryhotconditions.
    • In case of ossification in bags, the products shouldnotbeused.
    •The powder should not be breathed since it contains various chemicaladditivesandplaster. • It should not be in contact with skin and eyes. Incaseofcontact theskinandtheeyes shouldbe washedwith water.Masks, gloves andworkingsuits shouldbe wornduringthe studies.
    Storage Conditions
  • Aralçı Jointing Plaster bags should be placed
    on topof a maximumof18bags ina dryenvironment.
    Bagswillnotcomeintocontactwith
    theground,mustbe stored toprotect them
    frommoisture. InthesecircumstancesAralçı
    • Jointing should be used within 9months
    after theproductiondate. Improper storage
    conditionsorexceedingthe durationofuse
    candisrupt thequalityof theproduct.
